Access to Compass will be frozen during the setup of the new system, so that everyone's membership records can be copied across (and remain frozen so that the information in the new system doesn't become out-of-date).

County, District leads given early access to begin setting up their teams (etc)

Drop-in surgery hours via Microsoft Teams to assist with any issues.
Staggered emails throughout the day inviting members to set up their account.
(This avoids everyone receiving an email at the same time, and trying to log on all at once.)
