Our previous training scheme has been in operation for 20 years, and the time has come to refresh how we work:

• We need to offer  "More engaging Learning" to volunteers

• We're going to move running a rigid Training programme to Learning opportunities that grow and adapt with us.

• And this will be joined by a change of approach: becoming more digital & mobile focussed to make this new scheme more accessible to new volunteers.
